OVERWEATED. THE RELEASE OF RUSSIAN TIRES IS INCREASING, IMPORT SITTING

Agriculture supply. The production index of rubber and plastic products (includes tires and pneumatic tires for agricultural machinery) in April 2021 compared to April 2020 amounted to 129.7%.

In total, in April 2021, tires and pneumatic tires for agricultural machinery in Russia were produced 161 thousand pieces. The dynamics by April 2020 was vigorous, the increase was 8.6%.

By March 2021, the industry showed a more modest result, an increase of 2.6% or +4 thousand pieces.

Paired January-April 2021/2020 the index of production of agricultural tires was 103.7%.

Imports of new tires and tires for agricultural machinery declined. In April, almost 31.9 thousand pieces of tires and tires were imported to Russia (against 32.5 thousand in March) for the amount of USD 9.3 million (against USD 11.2 million in March). @agrorisk
